The installer does not open at all or displays an error message.

Here is some troubleshooting that you can do to fix this problem.
Solution 1: Unblock the installer
1. Right-click on the Installer and select properties
2. Check the option "Unblock"
3. Click on Apply and Ok to save the change

4. Where "C:\Users\Your_user\path_to_installer\setup.exe" is the path to the EXE installation file, and "C:\Users\Your_user\path_to_installer\LogFile.log" is the path to the file to be used to output the log file.
5. Then open the LogFile.log to check what is causing the problem.
